I ordered it on the 18th, with a credit card, and got an email saying they received the order. Still nothing about receiving the package myself

Same... I sent CM an email and they said it was pending and they would get to it this week... or something.

I am on a different computer to where I have the email.

I had an email yesterday from CM saying that they hadn't been able to process my payment + would I send $69.00 (uberpackage) again via PayPal to a different address. I went to PayPal to do this straight away + found that I couldn't carry out the transaction, although there was enough funds in my bank account... Phoned my bank + it turns out my card had been frauded + my bank had frozen it! Bad timing! CM have said if they don't get payment within 5 days they will cancel my order there is no way that I can use any method to get them the money within that time as I'm waiting on a new card now. Emailed CM explaining that there are mitigating circumstances + basically pleading with them to therefore please not cancel my order, still waiting to hear back!

they sended me the same email saying my payment was canceled..so, I payd it again, hope the order is now working and I will get my stuff..
