Well, if there is any truth behind that claim, I can only hope that you stumble upon a laundromat at some point (before you use them all)...or at least have one sock you've doomed to forever call "the receiver."

Sucks I couldnt have met you last night at the St Pete show Dev, it was killer! Loved the "interpretive dance" at the beginning!

Too funny. Don't be so hard on yourself...you have exceeded so many expectations on this tour! It's beyond belief really. Being a healthy human being has paid off in the performance end my friend. :D

Be a bit crunchy after a few days amarite?

I know a band who have wank socks amongst their merch. They also used to do ceramic tiles with their band logo on. I think Dev should do both of these.

Am I the only person here who likes screamed version better? Seriously?
I always thought the compressed vocals in this song kind of sounded silly.
Either way, I love the fact that Dev can scream a deffinite melody. It's fantastic!
Being a harsh vocal enthusiast I really appriciate that and am still not really 100% sure
how he does it in the first place. Overall I thought it was pretty cool.

I think it sounds awesome. The big ballsy vocals on the verses kick ass. The screaming during the chorus is good too, because I'm not a big fan of soft high range vocals. I'm a fan of loud creepy falsetto, like King Diamond.

again, sorry to be the asshole with the camera but i hope people enjoy the shows, Dev's my favorite I was lucky to see him

Just wondering what the source file for this was like (ie. how compressed is the stream?) as the stream is pretty good quality. Is the source file torrentable? Is it possible to share a lossless version of this? Thanks for taping!

FWIW, the fact that Dev is playing Kingdom at all and that RVP is rockin the Hoglan is more than you could have hoped for. For people that haven't been following since SYL started, you don't realize how good you have it. Seeing a Dev show outside of Vancouver sans SYL was damn near impossible. There was no Terria tour, the Physicist tour was brief and I'm not sure how much Infinity/Ocean Machine era activity there was (in North America anyways). That was pre-internet era for me so my info sources were limited, BW&BK was pretty much the only source I had for Dev news as mainstream press was ambivalent. BW&BK was a pretty unreliable source of information. DTB headlined an A.E. tour and supported Opeth for Synchestra but both were brief as I recall.
Dev hasn't been a touring machine (outside of SYL). Not that I'm saying he doesn't tour but lets face it, he's no Clutch or Gov't Mule. This trek seemed to go well so keep your fingers crossed for the headlining tour. Hopefully sober living (not that I condone sobriety) will give him a boost to extend the treks a little longer than in the past.

That's he's coming to Australia/New Zealand is absolutely awesome. I'm in Sydney, but will be out of town when he's here. I am totally flying to Auckland the following week to see him with friends in New Zealand.

Just saw him in Charolette. Disruptr was AMAZING distorted, as was everything else he played. Got to meet him afterwards. Made my life. Now all i have to do is see Iron Maiden live and i'll have fulfilled my life goals. Thank you so much Devy!
