But, saw Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, again. Wonder if Voldemort has breathing problems...

A sequel? For money? With that kinda movie?
Well, certainly they must understand that there are no millions of dollars involved with those kinda movies :D
But I will watch it if it comes.
And now I remembered, that there is also a sequel for [Rec].
Should watch that too.

When I see Voldemort, I instantly have one name flying around in my mind:
James. Maynard. Keenan.

But the nose is scary.
Something like the icky cave things in The Descent! :D

Goblet Of Fire is perhaps my favourite HP movie, competing with The Azkaban Dude.

BTW, has anyone thought the same as I have, now that it was on the news that the TOP SECRET HP-movie script was found from a bar table?
HOW IS IT A TOP SECRET, IF THE BOOK HAS BEEN PUBLISHED YEARS AGO AND EVERYONE KNOWS HOW IT WILL END?

Sorry for the caps, but.. yeah.
Sorry

Precious.

I don't recommend it if you aren't fond of African American culture...but I don't mind. It was a great movie, and very sad in parts. I'm not sure if it was based on a true story, and I can't seem to find a point to the story...but it tugs at the heartstrings and the acting is good enough to give it a chance.

Also not recommended for macho men afraid of their feelings. :D

Descent, I love it! There is sequel for that too, haven't seen it though... And don't really have very high expectations either, when shit gets old it's old.

haha, I agree on the expectations part, and for once I am almost hesitant to watch it.
The Descent is really intense and creepy movie, easily one of my fave movies, even if it's a bit camp-ish for some reason I can't figure out.
And I have to think carefully if I want to see the sequel at all.

Planning to see Kick Ass this weekend. My most trusted movie opinion-giving guy tells me it's a must-see.

Should be fun.

Airheads (Again!)
A band (Buscemi, Fraser & Sandler) takes over radio station with water pistols filled with pepper sauce = Awesome.

Actually, it's the only Adam Sandler film I can stand :D

(Quietly and almost nervously) "I ain't farting on no snare drum."

I heard somewhere that Brendan Frasers hair in this film was all his own. Hawt.

Doom - yes, the video game movie. It was surprisingly enjoyable, silly B-class flick with ton of game references. There was a scientist called Carmack, BFG hovering the air, scene in the restroom looking completely like one off Doom3 and all that. Plus lenghty first-person sequence with zombies being taken down in a hilarious manner. Sure it wasn't exactly how the game goes but I'm guessing we aren't ready for a movie about shooting satan in the face with rocket launcher yet.

Seen also the fragment of first Transformers (it was just before the Doom on the TV), and must admit the purpose of making high budget live action movie about toy robot trucks is lost on me. Last bit with robot having that pompous speech about courage almost sent me under my desk. Made Doom look like a Lars von Trier's movie.

The Men Who Stare At Goats - Utterly bewildering, completely feckin ludicrous and yet wonderfully spellbinding with an excellent cast. It's a must-see.

Repo Men - One of those movies where, while you're watching it you're like "Okay, this is alright... It's entertaining." but then when it's over you think back and go "Jaysus, that was awful." Grand to waste an hour of a half on, nothing special.

I've been slowly but surely feeding my roommate a steady diet of good action flicks because he's so used to movies only just barely entertaining him (Transformers, Transporter and its ilk).

Last night was Die Hard With A Vengeance, which for my money is the second best movie in the best action movie franchise ever. I still rank the original Die Hard over Terminator 2 and Aliens, though just barely.

World's Greatest Dad.

Considering the title, I was seriously expecting some kind of typical feel good bullshit that maybe had a funny joke or two for good measure, but boy I was in for a surprise. Seriously fucked up...and Bobcat Goldthwait wrote and directed! Brilliant. I can't describe any of it without giving it away I think...

Saw IV

My favourite killing device, the "Jaws behind your head" device is back!
I was highly entertained, excited and thrilled the whole movie.
Though cutting between the scenes is music video-ish, and sometimes a bit too sharp
and fast, but I am young and have been watching MTV so long that I don't mind.

Middle of the Saw series was a bit wobbly, but now it seems like they have got the hang of it again.
As I peeked who have made all the movies, the production cast is almost the same, only the roles change. Hmm?

But still enjoyable and bloody, gut-filled and head-drilling 1,5 hours!

9,1 / 10
