The releasing of anger is therapeutic. Unfortunately it can get me fired.
Anger management is probably my biggest weakness at work, and I try to control it.
The temptation to throw somebody out the fucking window is sometimes too prominent. Fortunately I can go into the men's toilets, make sure it's empty, and slam the doors to the stalls shut repeatedly - only ever broke one (I try to watch my force).
Better than calling a customer and/or colleague a (rhymes with how you kick a football).
