Accidentally pulled the head off a chicken today, and dropped the body in surprise, which then did the classic headless chicken thing spraying blood and bouncing madly off every solid object (mainly me) in a 3m radius.

That I was wearing a suit and on my way to a job did not improve matters.

The front of my thighs hurt - all damn day this has been happening. May have pulled a muscle or something doing squat thrusts last night.

Watched a black widow spider and some other unlucky arachnid battle it out last night on my back patio. After much internal debate, I decided to kill the widow. And then I couldn't sleep because I was convinced black spiders were in my hair, crawling up my legs, partying in my bed...it was awful.

That video is pretty surreal, going from simply stroking a cat to dumping it in a bin in the blink of an eye.

Also, I'm convinced it was an act of jealousy since the cat has much prettier hair and is considerably less overweight than that pepperpot.

I loathe cops. At least the ticket-writing ones Phil Anselmo warned us about.
On my way to work this morning, pushing those few minutes between punctuality and lateness, and arrived at an intersection were some cops were standing. Not sure what they were doing there, didn't care, maybe some asshole that morning got into a fight (I figured). Anyway, traffic lights went red, people started moving just before the crosswalk light went off, and I was included.
This pig pulls me aside and writes me up for jaywalking, a literal split second before the crossing green. I explained my defense, that it was time for pedestrians to cross (least I and a few others thought so), and the guy let me go after checking my ID and stating he'd talk to his sergeant.
I'm either going to be given a warning or an unnecessarily large fine in the mail I'm guessing, all because I was briefly impatient. Yet I saw nobody else get interrogated. The fact I wasn't dressed like a business guy may have had something to do with it (wearing a band shirt), or maybe not, and I'm just getting paranoid.
Either way, fuck cops. If I walked headfirst into moving traffic, then I understand. This was just bullshit.
