I'm taking my youngest brother's babysitter out tomorrow. This could in fact be disastrous, but she gave me a bear hug and her phone number the first time we met last weekend, so hey, we'll see.

My freaking ipod is playing tricks on me. I'm playing Iron Maiden's Aces High with the supposed Powerslave artwork that I thought I put on there, but it shows the cover of Anneke Van Giersbergen's Pure Air instead  . Still its quite funny, listening to Aces High and having to see Anneke's face on the cover art  .

Mine's done that too, obviously different albums though.
And they say Apple products work perfectly, always. Which is a load of shit, my degree entails me having to use Macs all the time, and I had one shit itself on me three times in the space of twenty minutes. I also bought an iPod, one of those little thin square ones from my work but the cover art kept going corrupted and it refused to play my music, so I returned it and swapped it for another which did the exact same thing. So I returned that one, went somewhere else and got a classic.

We were going to cover Slave New World for a uni project, but we had to throw that idea out the window today. :(
Now we're left with covering Blitzkrieg Bop, Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) and Beat It.
Our guitarists were very vocal about putting a metal spin on everything, I have to say I'm kinda disappointed that two of our songs have already had this applied to them by someone else.

^ I hate it when guitarists always act like they own the band. And then they want to do "original" stuff that hardly ever is really original.
