It has been snowing non-stop for nearly two days now. It is a light snow, but it is constant. Driving conditions are more than horrible, and the city does not stay on top of keeping the roads clear. I need to move back to Cali.

I will take rain any day over snow. Any. Day. Never have to shovel rain off the walkways or scrape it off the windshield. Never get my car stuck in the rain. Never have to wait for someone with a plow to move the rain off of the street so I can get to work.

I love the way the world smells after a rainstorm. I love the sound it makes in the trees, on the car, on the pavement, on my roof, on my windows, and even on my bald head. Rain is awesome. Snow can kiss my ass. lol

I was out walking with my family in a nearby forest where I saw some other people walking on the ice and thought that would be fun to do as well. So I stepped onto it, but not at the right place apparently.

Being the only guy working in Home Theater at Best Buy for the opening 30 minutes during the holiday season....and having the runs.

The rain is ending, and by the new year's weekend it's going to be over 36 degrees (97F) in my area. Great news for some, but they can have the heat and skin cancer; I'll be inside thanks.

Being Asthmatic, suffering right now from a terrible cold, bunged up nose, runny one at that along with sneezing. Of course being Asthmatic every sneeze sets my chest offand I had to go to hospital for a session on the Oxygen tank. Been in bed most of today and I feel like shit.

Not after that news. My condolences to your friend for the loss.

It has been extremely rough on her. She is a very sweet girl and very close to her husbands family. He left behind some grandchildren, too. It happened Christmas day.

What a selfish act. Yes, I feel for the guy who felt his life was so horrible that he couldn't bear living, even among family who loved and cared for him dearly. Depression can be blinding. I've been there, only I survived and was able to realize what I had chosen to give up, and was given that second chance to reconsider all who I would have hurt.

I just wish he had that second chance to reconsider the people he would be hurting, and who would suffer his loss for their lifetimes.
