That's actually my doctor's main suspect. But all is not lost, oh no, it's really not that bad. I can't go out jogging or do anything resembling squat exercises but for the past week or so I've cycled 30-40 minutes a day and the knee seems to be doing just fine. Maybe even better than before I started.

actually I'm always surprised Japan don't get mentioned on here much more, given how many Porcupine Tree fans there are.

Not much love for Front Line Assembly either, despite Dev, Jed and Adrian White doing solid amount of work for them. I can understand that, though - FLA's musically pretty damn far from SYL/Dev. Same thing with Japan and PT I guess.

I only ever bought their 'Ghosts' single back in the day... but I still like it a lot.

Well, it's Saturday tomorrow.. if I don't stay up too late and my family don't crash around noisily I might get to bed early enough to sleep through 6 or 7.
