Enslaved does look pretty cool. But since I'm not sure if it is something I'll like I'll wait till it costs me around 20€....even if I am not blown away by it it will at least be worth that money then, heh.

Still really digging Vanquish. I'm trying to play it on Hard difficulty now and it's NUTS. But fun!

I also recently bought Goldeneye for the Wii, Castlevania for the 360, Dante's Inferno for the 360, Alpha Protocol for the 360 (I know it is supposed to suck but it was cheap so what the heck), Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles for the Wii and pre-ordered Dead Space 2. So there's lots to play for me!Don't know where to start! And I still got a bunch of other games I did not even start playing yet

What a great game that no one bought, it honestly is up there with Beyond Good and Evil for me in underrated awesome games that anyone who's a fan of the medium should play.

Played the demo months ago and LOVED it. Want to pick it up one of these days, badly. Problem is, Black Ops still has me hooked(though that is starting to fade a bit.) and Dead Space 2 comes out later this month.

Plus I still have Fallout New Vegas and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood to finish...

I am *this* close to caving in and getting New Vegas now that amazon starts waving it in my face at a very agreeable price of 17 pounds...

I was hoping Steam sale will make it more affordable, but they merely cut the price from "are you kidding me" to "still more expensive than already pricey retail version". Well, I'll wait, should be ok in six month I think.

Oh well, at least I have GTA IV, Mafia 2, Just Cause 2, Red Faction: Guerilla, AvP and handful of lesser titles. Nice haul this year.

I'm replaying the Doom II Master Levels presently. Still a pain in the ass in parts, but fun nonetheless.

For those wondering, ps3 Fallout New Vegas is working fine for me now, after reinstalling the game, no freeze or game crashing bugs in about 5 hours, good stuff.
I buckled to the pressure of the mighty Boxing Day and ordered Just Cause 2, hopefully its enjoyable.

beat Vanquish on Hard difficulty today. It was pretty frustrating but also a lot of fun. Pretty addictive game! I also checked out Dante's Inferno. Very cool actually! Pretty cool style and the story seems to be cool too. And I'm still waiting for my copy of Black Ops. Getting here aaaaaaall the way from Canada.

the sad thing about Deadly Premonition (Red Seeds Profile) for the PS3 is that it would play on any PS3 as PS3 games are not region locked....but there's only japanese text in the game

played through Dante's Inferno...it's okay. There's nothing in this game that I haven't seen in God of War before and the game is often pretty boring. It was cheap though and worth the 10 Euros. Right now I'm playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow...not sure about this game yet. I'm about halfway through and it just now started to feel like a Castlevania game with castles and vampires. Before that it was more like a fantasy game with goblins...and Pan...no idea why they put Pan in a game that used to be about vampires and Dracula. Don't like the in game camera too much and the tedious battles can get on your nerves when the game shits tough enemies at you over and over....very bad for the game's pacing. And it rips off other games a bit too obviously in my opinion (God of War...and especially Shadow of the Colossus) But in the past 2 chapters it has gotten better and better. Hope it continues to do so.

I also got me a classic controller pro for the Wii to play Goldeneye with it and now the game actually is a lot of fun! The regular Wii controls just don't work at all for this game. I may even replay Resident Evil 4 on the Wii now, now that I got this controller. :D

well, recently finished Castlevania Lords of Shadow. It's not a bad game but far from being an enjoyable experience too, in my opinion due to the flaws mentioned in my last comments on this game. And the ending after the credits was a bit weird in my opinion.

Anyways, I started to play Alpha Protocol and boy oh boy...apparently 'nothing' works in this game. Shooting doesn's work properly, stealth doesn't work properly, hand to hand combat doesn't work properly, wow...just wow. It's amazing what all they fucked up when it comes to every part of the gameplay. It does get better the more you level up your perks but the start of the game is just no fun because the agent you play is too dumb to shit, apparently. Try performing a headshot in the first hour of the game or try to get through any mission without being detected, you'll have more luck trying to face fuck an alligator while trying to give head to a grizzly bear. He even misses with a freakin smg when you stand right in front of an enemy...yup, awesome. But it does get better with time. And the story is actually pretty cool. So I will just try to get through the game for the story, even if the gameplay may make me tear all my hair out.

Dead Space 2 this week. The demo was awesome, can't wait to play the full game!

Been hooked on Castlevania Harmony of Despair again, lots of DLC for it now!

Lords of Shadow was much better as you went on, but early on the game was punishingly difficult, nothing I'd want to play again to be honest.

yeah...that one vampire commander that kept refreshing his health...almost drove me nuts. That was also the worst camera moment of the game for me. Each time he did his disappearing and reappearing thing the camera went nuts, and me too.

Can't wait for Dead Space 2 either. Ordered mine in England as I want to have the original voice work on the disc and that may not be on the German version (because there was only German and French for the German version of DS1). So I might have to wait a few days longer for this one!

I bought and played a bunch of DC Universe Online this week-end, mostly cause some of my friends bought it too, and I wanted the mmo online feel.
It's not awful, but its not great either. There is no depth to it mainly, as the combat is mostly brawling, and while there is some shooting, it feels arcade.
The powers and ability are horribly described, and there is no alot of help online yet.
But running around with my buddy as Nightwing, and myself in Punisher gear (easiest i could think of to replicate) it feels nice.
Suffers from all the standard mmo let downs.

Would not recommend unless your friends are playing, or if you are just a huge Dc comics fan.

should be awesome...

when I saw their presentation of Uncharted I thought about how awesome it would be to play Red Dead Redemption on that...and creamed my pants.

I don't really understand the hype, I mean the device looks impressive, but I can tell you that a mountain of dust accumulated on my PSP, and to me this seems like the same thing, with some improvements and a nice hardware upgrade. 3DS honestly doesn't fare much better in my eyes, but Nintendo's games tend to be better in bite-size increments.
