no, that just makes you awesome. Women who like weird stuff = winners

My sister didn't like it - she was very disappointed by the lack of blood, shit, and overall grossness the title promised. Her opinion of the sequel, which promises to deliver everything the first didn't, is a big "meh, ok, but you better not screw me around this time!"
She and I both agree that von Trier's Antichrist is probably the best film of 2008.

I remember seeing Human Centipede a few months ago, not sure why though. Honestly, I really can't see the point in that movie. I wish I could just for the sake of it, but watching this crazy mutation walking around for most of the movie just bores me. Maybe the purpose of it is to never go to nice houses with a scientist living there, I don't know.

Anyway, I just watched Donnie Darko. I love it. Great camera techniques, music and wow, what a complex story.
Definitely gonna watch it again.

Buying the cow was one of the worst conceived romantic comedies I've ever seen. The premise is soulmates do exist and you will know the moment you see them. Where it gets ugly is the male lead knew in an airport as a young man when he scared the shit out of an overdeveloped eleven year old, thus scarring her for life. He doesn't get over this pedophiliac soulmate moment and treats women like crap until he stumbles across the grown up victim and finds out her sister was so fucked up as to never even date. Then he stalks the sister, finds her, and they make out alot. As if the underlying story weren't predatory enough, there's a gag where a guy is running around naked, exposes himself to a small child, then tells the kid he is spiderman and needs the little boy to take off his shirt. Seems whoever wrote this really has a thing for kids.

Dead Silence. I went into it thinking it would be another cheap scare film, and in some ways it was. It was also pretty creepy, and the ending was great.

Tekken Don't ask why... Pretty basic shaite, characters are thin as paper and even fight scenes fail to be exciting (hero starts strong -> is losing -> wins the fight). Play the game instead.

But then real highlight of this easter, Father Ted marathon  Absolutely hilarious stuff, I recommend highly to anyone who likes british humour.

Children of Men

2 of my most favorite movies. Both flawless (to me anyways).

I am 100% behind you on Children of Men. I think that's one of the better films of our time. V has flaws, but is a great flick too.

Trigun appeared for stream on Netflix, and while most anime does nothing for me, that series holds a soft spot in my heart from my high school days, so I'm powering through it.

Saw Hobo with a Shotgun and Winnebago Man.

Hobo was silly, bloody fun.

Winnebago Man was excellent, whether you've seen his legendary outtakes or not.

Saw "Thor" a few nights ago. Not bad. However the story dragged on a little and there's not enough battle scenes, but thats just me :D. I only wanted to watch it because of the Norse mythology behind it, which I love and Anthony freaking Hopkins 8) . Funny enough, I had an urge to listen to Amon Amarth's "Guardians of Asgaard" afterwards.

Also watched "Shawshank Redemption" and Clint Eastwood's "Unforgiven". Shawshank was brilliant. A lot of interesting themes explored throughout the movie. Plus, Morgan Freeman's voice as a narrator is orgasmic. Definitely feel like reading the book too.

Now I'm not really one for western movies but I loved Unforgiven. I guess its because it really shows the dark side of the wild west and the violence behind it. I have to say, after the ending, I think it was pretty clear that you do not piss Clint Eastwood off if he has a double barrell shotgun.

Skyline After reading all bad reviews about this one didn't expect much, but after seeing it I felt that maybe people just didn't get it. It's just like those 50's B-class sci-fi movies done with today's effects, bad acting and cheesy ending... It's all there, including bad brain eating aliens. Not that bad if you look it in right state of mind, including few beers doesn't hurt either

The Social Network Lots of talk, and boat race scene.
