Being called a fucking cunt in work kinda sucks.

And I should remember to post here more.

That's awful. I know you guys say it a bit more freely than we do on this side of the pond, but it's a horrible thing that you shouldn't really call a woman unless she's like... drowning puppies.

You're a bit quick to assume that she wasn't doing that. ;)

But when you're called that in all seriousness, then yeah that's pretty horrible.

All I did was say I couldn't give him cash for his iPod, cause he didn't have any ID. :C So apperently I'm what he called me, and stupid for doing my job right. :C
I seem to be peoples scapegoat for anger at the minute. Kinda had enough of people being angry at me now. :C

Its okay violet, it just hasn't been the greatest of weeks. And the new meds are making me awfully touchy, so everyone just seems pissed off at me, or like they are taking the piss out of me. It should level off soon, but in the meantime it sucks. :C

Least my holiday is in a week. C: Hopefully the rain will go away!

Well Amber, at least you're not a debt collector. I try to be pleasant with people, but have been called a fucking cunt on a few occasions, as well as a myriad of other nasty things. Maybe because I'm a guy it's less impacting, but I don't appreciate it. Like I am sure they would not appreciate what I call them when the conversation is over, and they are no longer on the line. I do need to be mindful of my volume, so it mostly comes in mutters. Much like most people in my department, actually.
Probably a good thing I went home early yesterday after having some bad teriyaki beef; you know, once you get past the indigestion/diarrhea.

Chunky peanut butter rocks!

That sucks, Amber :( The curse of customer service, there's always a douchebag out to ruin your day..

Well, I've just endured possibly the most awkward moment of my life.

I was flipping through my news feed on Facebook, and a page had written a status asking people to comment what they were doing at that moment. One guy had written a vulgar comment relating to viewing pornography. His face was partially obscured by a coke can in his picture, but he had the same first and last name of my cousin. A few comments later, it turns out he IS my cousin, the same cousin whom I haven't seen in nearly two years, and that's coming to stay with us for two weeks at the beginning of next month.

Lovely!

What a total jerk! If I was standing behind him in line and heard him say that, I would have loudly asked all the ladies around to help me kick the shit out of him. I'm a peaceful person, but that behavior makes me MAD!

Stay as graceful and lovely as you are, dear. You certainly did nothing wrong.

Wow. You know, I'm not a violent person for the most part. Sure, I've taken out my share of inanimate objects when I've lost my cool, but I'm not one to hurt people.

However, I am extremely old-fashioned in the fact that I do not tolerate disrespect aimed toward women. If I had been there, the guy would no longer have a face.

:D I'm glad you guys are all lovely! Certainly makes up for it! Hahaha. It was just really shocking. I wouldn't use that language towards someone like that. D: I just think its bang out of order.

You know, life really isn't a difficult thing. Being respectful of other people is pretty effortless. I'm pretty sure that if someone can't even get one of the basics like that down, then they have truly failed at life. He failed miserably.

It's funny, but right before I came home from work today a woman calls me at the dealership and tells me that she broke the key off in the door of her car, and wanted to know if I can make her a knew one. First of all, she is 40 miles away, so even if I could make one, I couldn't get it to her today. Secondly, she couldn't provide me with any information that I would need in order to make a new key for her.

So, she gets angry at me for not being able to help her. Like it is my fault she broke her key? Or that she didn't have the foresight to keep an extra key somewhere "just in case?" I guess I should have just made a key randomly, hoped it would work, and then left work and made the 40 mile drive to present her with it. With a flourish.

The growing sense of entitlement that is taking over the world is quite annoying.
