big secret to all of you, you/me/everyone in general are not that interesting. Keep important security private, and take whatever measures you want, but if you ask me it's a slippery slope to seeing satanic images and swastikas at the Denver airport.

Generally the identity of another person isn't all that important, true, unless you're in witness protection (or something like that). I just don’t trust the majority of social networking sites.
On a different, non-egocentric note, just read about PETA's plans to launch a porn site, and the backlash it's received. Yes, animal welfare and the end to cruelty are good. Yes, vegetarian and vegan lifestyles are healthy. The "go naked than wear fur" ads get attention but are tasteful. Turning your site into Redtube however is going a bit far. Doubtlessly people will still flock to it, but it just seems like they're begging for attention to their cause now rather than demanding it.
