It looks like the show is going to be at least 3 hours long,but I can't see any mention of an orchestra,just the choir.

as far as all the ticket malarkey is, everyone should request a pickup at the venue. It's possible with SEE and I guess with others too.
Also, I doubt that anyone with a purchased ticket is going to have trouble getting in, paper in hand or not
