Update from my end:

So I contacted See Tickets through their facebook page. They got back to me pretty much straight away. I had bought my tickets of a forum member and wanted to clear up what the situation was with me collecting them as they weren't going to post them out to the seller. So they told me to get the seller to contact them explaining the situation. They got back to him pretty promptly too. So now as it stands I will be collecting my tickets at the box office which will be in my name and all I need is I.D. So glad its cleared up! Now all I have to do is look forward to the gig
