I don't know what the second one's supposed to be....

I like the idea of both... The lower one is the way a proper computer should look like- away with the stylized black/silver casings of these days!

On the other hand, a computer with a beer tap... I like that too. Except the styling and the fact that it's a Mac. And it doesn't even seem to have a CD drive.

Yup, that's big flaw. CD could be used as a beer pad dispenser.

As for fancy custom made cases, check this:

I used PC's and Windoze for a long time, up until 2000. Then, I got a G4 (which I'm still using). I have never enjoyed using a computer more. And, I have an iPod. I love it. Love it.

My dad was a die-hard Mac hater. He had all kinds of nonsensical shit to say about them. Even after I bought mine. Then, he got tired of me laughing every time his computer crashed and he lost stuff or had to buy a new part. I'd just smile and say how much I love my Mac.

He bought a Mac. Then another one. Now, he's getting an iPod.

I bet you can do that math.

The only people that seriously hate Macs are people that have never seriously used one. I don't hate PCs. I loathe their boringness and the acceptance of mediocrity. Don't tell me how fast they are, either. I don't give a shit about super-dooper benchmarks that only work in the land of make-believe. I know what I experienced. I had Windows 95, when it wasn't crashing it ran quickly. Then, the update came out. Slower. Then another update. Slower. Every fucking revision to the OS slowed my computer down. Fucking bloatware. However, I started off with OS 9 on this machine. OS X? Faster. 10.1? Faster. 10.2? 10.3? Now 10.4? Each one faster than the last. How does that happen? My machine is supposed to be obsolete by now. Oddly, it's working faster than that POS beige box my employer makes me use.

But, go on telling yourselves that Windows and PCs are superior. Go on talking about how bad Macs are. It's silly. I do everything anyone else does. I never have trouble finding software that I want. I have all kinds of hardware attached. I have a Palm, a scanner, two USB hubs, two printers, bluetooth, the whole deal. Everything works with my Mac.

You know, even Firefox works better on my Mac. The fucking thing crashes three times a day at work. Pisses me off. I constantly have to restart Firefox. But, on my Mac at home, I leave it running for days, weeks. You know, I can't remember the last time I had to reboot. Might have been a couple weeks ago when I got the 10.4.4 update. Which made my computer faster.

Sufferrrrr. :)

Haha, good points there Gurp13. I used Macs at school way back (mostly heavy graphic stuff), and even then they were stabil as fuck. The only thing keeping me from getting a G4 nowadays is the price. I'm a poor lad. :?
One day...

I'll back up Gurp's comment... I jumped my iMac G4 from 10.1 to 10.4......almost like having a brand new machine. Now i'm trying to track down a G4 Cube :D
