I'm interested in buying tickets for tonight at Hartford Webster Show. I was just wondering how I can still order them online being that its too late for them to be delivered. I don 't know how this works and was wondering if someone could tell me? Thanks!

I would recommend phoning the venue direct and asking their advice. Hope you get to go and enjoy the show :)

did you get into the show? i was there, devin and guys put on an awesome performance! i just wish they had had more than 33 minutes. I'd say either Regulator or Vampolka/Vampira was the highlight for me.

GREAT show!
I could have done with less Dark Tranquility and more Dev, though. I kept thinking "I'd like this band if the guy would just SING." There was lots of tasty guitar goodness behind his monotonous roar.
And Opeth was great, of course (and I think Mikael's interaction with the crowd between songs has begun to show just a touch of Devin's influence).

What was the setlist for last night? I caught Gaia, Vampolka, and Vampira- my friends band was playing on the second stage!

AMAZING set Devin.

That was you? That was hysterical! For those who weren't there, the vocalist had just announced something along the lines of "You guys are great! We would do anything for you!" and our forumite here asked for his drink--and got it!
I was a few people over to the right of you and a couple back--40ish, tall guy with buzzcut, beard and Opeth hoody (with 15-year-old daughter in tow).
For a while there I was the oldest person I could see, but did you see the guy who looked about 60 that was escorted out by security during Opeth? What was that about?

I didn't see any old guy getting escorted, but I remember some kid started crowd surfing and they pulled him off and brought him to the exit. I was RIGHT in front of the mosh pit, so I was basically getting people shoved into me every 2 seconds during Opeth. Also, I was one of the people yelling a lot of stuff including "Towel Guy", "Cable Guy", "Gloves Guy", "Guy with the pizza", "Play Ants", "Bass Player", "Give me your drink", "Mike, give me your water, I'm thirsty", "Bass Player", "Mike, how is your baby?" (Got him to answer me).

Yeah, I was right at the edge of the pit (directly in front of Mikael) myself. I had to put the old elbows into action a few times--it's funny how having my daughter with me changes the concert experience. I'm older than a lot of folks there, but I'm also 6' and about 235 lbs, so I can honestly say that a few of them only banged into me once. Those morons were even moshing to the quiet, pretty parts a few times. I guess this is what happens when your goal at a concert is to get really drunk (mine involved enjoying the music...).

Crowds like the one @ the Webster really make me think moving to Europe would be worht it just for the concert going experience.

Yeah, I was right there. I was on the barrier (short, curly hair, Dream Theater t-shirt) and all of a sudden this old guy comes out of nowhere and starts harassing the woman next to me... like he dumped a cup of water on her, grabbed her by the throat briefly, kept yelling at her, until the security guy right in front of us summoned his cohorts and had the guy dragged out. Apparently he got arrested immediately afterwards for public intoxication.

maybe its just me, but didnt it seem like the sound was perfect while devin was playing, but kinda muddy for dark tranquility and opeth? for dark tranquility i could barely pick out the guitar parts.
i think the sound got better for opeth as they progressed, but the 1st song was almost unbearable.
anybody else think this?

I think Mikael's voice was too low on the first song but it got better.
