Anybody see Metal: A Headbangers' Journey? There's a good segment on the Norway scene. In the DVD there is an extended return there to focus on the church burning issue/connection and get their response and opinion of the movie. It's trippy.

Norway is beeeeeautiful, at least in some parts...My family drove through some pretty dramatic landscapes there when I was a kid, high mountains and deep canyons...all green.
