Maybe, maybe not. For losing weight the fast way, call Christian Bale:

Same here. I hate flab rolls. And yet, I don't want to go to the gym, and I don't want to stop eating my terribly wonderful food.

I HAVE to exercise to be healthy in any way, shape, or form. If I don't exercise, I won't feel compelled to eat healthy. And so I'll be eating really unhealthy food all the time and gaining like a couple pounds of fat a week or so >_<.

The first time I saw it I was a bit disappointed, because I had very high expectations. I think the ending was a bit apparent. But the second time I watched it I focused more on the overall atmosphere, and both thumbs up for that aspect. The colours look a bit pallid, and the music along with the camera work reminded me of old movies from the 50s or 60s. That totally grabbed me. To cut it short, The Machinist was definitely worth being watched for a second time, and that already sets it apart from lots of other movies.

after fainting a couple of times, and losing it entirely, i realised that exercise and healthy food are the only way. at least now i can eat lots of shit and dont feel bad (if youve ever had anorexia, you'll know what i mean by feeling bad) aboot it.
