I don't feel sorry for pop stars who screw up their lives, either, but when a person tries to take their own life, then I get concerned. Mostly because it would seem as though she is trying, in her own warped and no longer connected to rational thinking way, to ask for help. Since the people she is supposed to trust have all pretty much fucked her over, and the fans only WANT from her, not seeing her for ALL of who she is, then I can see how this could all go downhill very quickly. The fact that she got married as quickly as she did to as many people as she did should have been a tip off that she was seeking something. It was assumed that she was seeking public attention, to sell albums. Then, getting pregnant twice by a man she KNEW would most likely cheat on her maybe was her way of finding some human that loved her for her, and not her money and fame. Unfortunately, she wasn't as well prepared for mommyhood as she thought, and it bit her in the ass. Also, when the world says, "You suck as a Mom", that'll throw you off, too.

I feel sorry for her. I hope like hell she finds someone who is sincere in their relationship with her...a guy, a girlfriend, whatever, and that she just goes away for awhile to center herself. If she comes back and sells more shitty albums...great. Americans eat that stuff up, anyway. If she doesn't, at least she'll be alive and can learn to live a new life that doesn't involve the soulsucking that is the entertainment business.

She is obviously surrounded by people who don't sincerely wish her well. It seems that no one can come up with a useful advice for her. She's finding out she has no friends in the true sense of the term, only open enemies or "so called friends". Enemies just expect something of her, what she should do, how she should act, but as she is fed up with that she just does all the opposite, in which she is supported by the so called friends. That's her immature moment: through negation and rebelion she remains bound to precisely the same forces she is supposedly fighting against. Instead she should just turn around and walk away, but she can't yet ground this move in anything. (Maybe she is even naively thinking that it is others who should go away and leave her alone, but that's not how it works.) The move of walking away is a move of a genuinely fed up person "meaning it", while she still seems to be in a stage of wanting to show people she is fed up, which means she is still depending on the gaze of others, unable to break the vicious circle.

She should sign up here and learn the truth. :)
