Hmm this is difficult. I listen to music as albums, not so much as songs so it's really hard to pick songs I don't like.

Same. I look at some songs more as intros or preludes to others, i.g. Olives for Mountain, Let It Roll and Hypergeek for Triumph, etc. I tend to look at an album as an entire work of art. Devin certainly deserves that.

I completely agree with these two statements. I have many favorites, but nothing beats just listening to each album as a whole. It reminds me of what Dev said about Vampira on Synchestra...about how it was the track for those who didn't have the attention span to get into the whole album. Sometimes that is all I want...just to listen to a track or two just cause I have a craving at the moment. But to get the whole experience by listening to the whole album always takes the cake for me.

The only stuff I don't like out of what I own is:

-Everything on HAARHT except for SYL, In The Rainy Season, and Satan's Ice Cream Truck
-The chicken feather album hasn't really grabbed me, except for Aftermath, which is awesome
-Info Dump (I never actually listened to the whole thing)
-Noisy Pink Bubbles

And yeah, that's it. I need to buy more.

As for ones I'm less keen on, just a few tracks off of TNB. When that albums 'on' it's right on! When it's off... It's a bit poopy.

But the day I create anything comparable to anything Dev's done is the day my opinion will count

I love everything Devin has done, but the only songs i usually skip are Olives and some of the Grey Skies stuff

i also agree, you must listen to his music as albums. when i skip songs, those are:

HAARHT: goat, skin me, drizzlehell

CITY: uhm... no, that would be blasphemy

SYL: devour, dirt pride

shine - for me it's the only "weak" song on ALIEN

TNB: hope and the long pig



i rarely listen to ASD I + II

on the INFINITY EP: processional is quite difficult to get into, even after having it tried for 6 yrs

PHYSICIST ends for me with planet rain, so: forgotten

SYNCHESTRA: i ALWAYS skip the baby song

on ZILTOID: ziltoidia attaxx and N9

Hmm. I don't really dislike any particular song, but there are those that I enjoy less than others. Babysong on Synchestra sort of annoys me for some reason, only before it gets going though. It's all good once it gets into the meat of the song.

Can't think of anything else apart from that, really. I dunno why Sister is being mentioned so much. That's one of my favorites.

One song jump straight in to my mind..and that's...Regulator..sorry, I just don't like it, don't know why..I always just skip it...and also after pixillate on synchestra the album get's pretty boring, expect note from africa(I just love that riff)...oh yeah, also..I know people are gonna get mad about this..but..I don't like bad devil..Don't know why, but theres just something about it..don't know what..

Dont care for Olives, Baby Song has its parts but is pretty boring. Dont care for a bunch of the stuff on ASD's, Things beyond things is kinda boring too.

Ramionparas is crazy, just so everyone knows.

Maybe "songs you don't like" might be a better title, personally, i cant honestly think of one song I skip.

IMO synchestra, from mental tan to the end, is amaaaazing, so diverse and beautiful. as said before, the only song i skip on synchestra, is the babysong. i don't know why, if i listen to it, i really like it but there is always this temptation to skip
