I need some new strings for my seven-string Ibanez, and the thickest they have in the stores here are .10-.59. I need thicker than that when tuning to Open/Drop C but I can't find the stuff anywhere online. Does anyone know of an online shop who sells a variety of seven strings? I don't care where it's from as long as they can ship to Norway.
Buy a pack of 11's...then just buy an extra thick E string

Aah thanks, nice site.

A .060 would probably do just fine, but a little higher wouldnt hurt. Hell I had a .070 as my C at one point...I dont even use that for my 7 string going down to Ab! Though right now on my 7 I have a .075(bass string) as my low F!

You could try hexcore strings. They have more tension at the same gauge. Through experience using GCGCGCE with different scale lengths, I would suggest looking into a 64+ at the very minimum. With the Ibanez being 25.5 scale (assuming it is not EX), you will get a flimsy string and hit a initial tone that decreases in pitch. With that you'll either have to tune up or down a bit from your desired tone, depending on your picking hand. You might have to make the hole in your tuning key a bit larger as well.

Yeah, I put on a .062 last week, no improvement at all really. Imma buy me some 64-68s.

You could try the Boomers too.
Boomers - 10, 13, 17, 36, 52, 60.
Low Boomers - 11, 14, 18, 36, 52, 70.
You could just add the 70 in for the 7 string and use the other strings as backup for other guitars or string breakage.
