That was a joke. Apparently there was a scene in Marvin Gaye's life where he was discovered in his dressing room eating a piece of bread with cocaine on it. I can't confirm that's true, but I CAN confirm he did a ridiculous amount of cocaine. Which explains the highly sexual lyrics.

Yea, it was 77 today in Michigan...at 6pm no less! Love it....had a great bike ride around Lake Michigan (I am right by the beach). This is going to be the perfect setting for Addicted...it is already very effective for Ki, and has been effective for Ocean Machine for years now. What is it about water that once I am around a big body of it, I immediately relax and hear music?

Oh dude. I completely relate. If you're ever in Chicago, go to the Adler Planetarium area in the middle of the night. On one side, a large body of water, on the other, the skyline of the fourth largest city in North America. And nobody's fuckign there. Two huge atmospheres, and you feel alone in the world. It's godly. Perfect atmosphere for Dev's music. The Indiana/Michigan dunes are also pretty incredible for that, but something about the city makes it incredible. Walking through the city on a Friday night will be phenomenal with Addicted.
