For a single channel power amp that cost me under $100 they are awesome! I plan to up size soon enough. I kind of want the sound of a real amp head.

I got weaseled out of tickets to their show in Dublin thanks to Ticketmaster's incompetence and ticket scalpers, so I prepared for this as best as possible.

Oh man, I'm sorry - that's just the worst, it's happened to me before, probably everyone actually  I don't know about you, but when that happened last, a lot of it had to do with Ticketmaster's server slowing down sooooo much because it was being assaulted by people trying to buy tickets.... the thing was, ~70% of those people were totally scalpers, you just know it. And while each page took forever to load... the tickets were just flying off the 'shelves' right and left.

*sigh* there needs to be a more efficient way of doing things. At least with Nine Inch Nails, there were pre-sale tickets for NIN.com members, and there was a 2 ticket per-person limit, at least through the website. So, I snagged those with no problem.

Great film.

seconded. Gilliams best picture. unbeleivably amazing visuals. the visuals in it beat any film nowadays that uses CGI to wow its audience.

:D

Strapping Young Lad - Heavy as a Really Heavy Thing
Strapping Young Lad - Alien
Devin Townsend - Infinity
Devin Townsend - DevLab
Devin Townsend - Hummer
Dream Theater - Falling Into Infinity
Dream Theater - Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From a Memory
Dream Theater - Awake
Dream Theater - Train of Thought
Naildown - Dreamcrusher
Hate - Anaclasis
Hate - Morphosis
Opeth - Morningrise
Opeth - Deliverance
(I've been a bad boy and had a downloaded copy for ages)(I also have a downloaded version of Ghost Reveries, but its the only one left I don't have on CD, but I couldn't find the new digipak version online so I'll have to get it from a store soon (cus I always have to have the ltd. editions))

A friend recently bought me Devin Townsend - Physicist too, as a late birthday present, and my pre-order of Dream Theater - Black Clouds & Silver Linings will be here soon.

I'm gonna have a pile 16 CDs to work through :D[/color]

That one is quite cool, I should get it someday. I think it's on my wishlist.

Also, I respect the effort you put in with the alternating colours.

Brazil's my favourite film, my tutor's in the credits as the model maker! :D that and Dark Crystal which wasn't in HMV though. She worked on that too! I mentioned in my interview that they were the two films that inspired me to dive into the world of SFX, didn't know she worked on them though, I guess she was just impressed with my taste in film

Why in the hell would you buy that many cd's at once? That's a lot of money to throw down at one time for things you've already heard. Compile, over time. That's what I do.

I dunno, I like having less often but big CD orders...

And I haven't heard them before... only Deliverance (plus the odd one or two songs from others).
