Fucking great stuff - very HR Giger! Awesome work.

My favourite artists of that nature are Ed Repka and Derek Riggs, who I guess are most reknowned for working with Megadeth and Iron Maiden respectively.

I like to use Pen/ink and then render in photoshop or just fuck about with photoshop. And in photoshop you can do shit like this:

METALLIBAN;

Some things I've done recently...I've just realize that everything I make is unfinished, it looks like they are just doodles and not the real thing, I should spend more time on...

Soon I'll post finished sculpt of demon with horns and minor changes in anatomy....I'm gonna cast it in polyester...first time.. :)

I used fimo polymer clay...not that great for working with....I'm searching for super sculpey now and I guess I'll have to order it, since I didnt found it in my country, as well as "chavant" which is oil-based clay (used in film industry, making cars...)

-here's finished portrait of that demon, but I failed at casting it...

yeah, found the same about fimo. that chavant stuff sounds interesting, though. also super sculpey. seems like you can get it over the internets, no matter where you live.

I agree, and this one happens to be more of a sketch, rather than the airbrushing (which I also dig).

I love the work in the chest - the tension across the pectoral muscles. Digging the eyes too - malevolent! :twisted:

Cthulhu for President! No more years!
it looks a bit darker and less dirty in reality. 50x60 cm, acrylics on canvas. it's for sale, btw.

the rest of my stuff is now available for everybody's enjoyment over here: http://brezelburg.com/paintings.html
alright, enough with this hijacking of an awesome thread.

Good collection building. Like the uses of color to express light.
Could you do a pic of a giant octopus gobbling up space/galaxy's, sun's, planets.?
With a toroidal composition.
