Check this out, this is my band's new video for the 1st single off our debut album. Our singer almost died of cancer last year and he worked on this while he was recovering....

Josiah Tobin wrote:Now that's a music video! Awesome, loved it. :) Especially impressive considering it was just your singer working on it... Great production, by the way... killer drum sound, kinda reminds me of the drums on Ki.

Thanks Josiah. I can see what you say about the drums. If you'd said it reminds you of the drums on Ziltoid, I would have been VERY impressed! Obviously it's me playing all the drum parts (it's NOT a hard song to play!), but all the actual drum SOUNDS were replaced by the Drumkit from Hell, as used by Dev on Ziltoid!

But thanks alot for your kind words anyway!

Wow, congrats on having at least seven legs then. Must be hard to live with that.

That actually sounds like EZ drummer's pop-rock kit, cool that someone doesn't use that annoying snare from DFH for once :)

Sweet vid. I especially loved the amp Transformers :D

Throwing this out there, but my band used the pop/rock EZ drummer kit for our recordings too because it sounded almost exactly like my kit, which is funny considering we're a melo-death band.

MEDIA RELEASE – CREECH WINS MAJOR VIDEO AWARD!

Melbourne Alternative Rock band CREECH. are very proud to announce that they have taken out the Australian Independent Music Video Awards ‘Video of the Year’ award! The video’s full title is ‘Lazy – Doof Wars Part One’, and was the culmination of over a year’s hard work from the band’s singer Taz Cebula, as he recovered from life threatening cancer.
The video took out the ‘Best Pop/Rock video’ award too.
One of the most exciting things is that this is just the start of the ‘Doof Wars’ saga, and an entire series of these videos is planned. Work has already commenced on Part Two.
A full list of the winners is viewable here: http://aimva.net/News_and_Events.html
