Just asked Back on black on facebook about the vinyl releases for these two albums. They said the releases are not planned on their current schedule as of now. Their schedule is on till november. :(

I am just hoping somehow they or CM release ocean machine , terria ,ghost and decon soon. I really want these on vinyl.

I just wanna point out that Decon is perfectly tracked out for vinyl:

Side 1: (19:16)
Praise the Lowered (5:57)
Stand (9:36)
Juular (3:45)

Side 2: (17:35)
Planet of the Apes (10:59)
Sumeria (6:36)

Side 3: (16:28)
The Mighty Masturbator (16:28)

Side 4: (17:18)
Pandemic (3:28)
Deconstruction (9:26)
Poltergeist (4:24)

And at the end of Juular, Sumeria and The Mighty Masturbator, there's some kind of silence or break so the record can be flipped/changed.

I often try and figure out how an album would be ordered on vinyl if it doesn't already have a vinyl release, and as you can see, Decon is perfect for a double LP. It's as if the record was originally planned for vinyl.

...And enough with me being a nerd.

Fuck yeah for the Ziltoid Hand Puppet !
Gosh ! I REALLY need to save my money for that monster.
Obviously it's gonna have some special limited deluxe editions and I want it all (I will never be afraid!) !
And since I'm broker than broke, better start saving up for this Box of sheer awesomness !

prove me that im wrong.

Also the fact that (at least with Devin), the vinyl masters are just the CD masters pressed to vinyl. The albums were not remixed for vinyl, you are literally getting the exact same thing.

not i. the quality level of the other DT records they've put out has run from abysmal (Ziltoid) to fair (Infinity). i honestly think albums are best left off vinyl if Plastichead are involved in making them.

however, the SYL vinyl box coming out at the end of the year/early 2013 is going to be the best that can be done given the current shape of that discography. it's actually a labour of love by a small label (Blood Music) concerned about quality of experience rather than a giant niche-filling factory.
