That's right. A Strapping Young Lad 7xLP Box Set Discography.

This monstrous limited edition 7xLP box set will contain *all five Strapping Young Lad full-lengths*; as well as *extra vinyl dedicated to the band's non-album material*; plus other special, newly-created gifts [yet to be announced].

The genre-busting Canadian industrial/death band has never seen their seminal albums "Heavy as a Really Heavy Thing," "SYL," nor "The New Black" touch wax before. Their other two records, "City" and "Alien," were pressed in ultra limited numbers of 500 copies only and sold out within months of their release.

The massive box set is slated for a late 2012/early 2013 release. ... /#more-385

According to Blood Music's facebook, the release date is early 2013.

Also Devin is definitely involved.

This was in an email from them today:

The STRAPPING YOUNG LAD box set has finally gone into production and all elements are being worked on. Be expecting this to go to pre-order in the beginning of 2013.

unlikely this will be ready for several months (we're talking like March or April 2013), so there's time to save up!
