I should buy some of those, thanks for the reminder.

I watched 3 of the Studio Ghibli movies I bought on Blu-ray recently and they look stunning, aside from being really great movies. :) Received Princess Mononoke today actually and Grave of the Fireflies too, neato.

also:

Jin-Roh
The Fantomas Trilogy
Out of the Furnace
Brian de Palma's Obsession
South Park Season 12 and 13
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (almost sounds like a description of Leechy's wang)
each on Blu-ray

and South Park's 11th season on DVD

me and online shopping...it's a love/hate relationship

Yeah, I've seen all the big ones except Kiki and Ponyo, but all on medium at best quality internet rips, and for a studio with such beautiful visuals it definitely hurts. Saw Nausicaa for the first time a week ago, actually, because I learned Hideaki Anno animated the God-Warrior, and that bumped it way up on my priorities.

And just so that my reply here isn't just off-topic Ghibli-geeking, I bought breakfast 'bout twenty minutes ago, so that's my most recent purchase.

oh no worries, a little off-topic babbling never hurts :D

I actually watched Nausicaa yesterday, heh. Very cool movie.

also forgot to mention that I ordered the new Misery Index album.

Nice one. :) Doubt I can make it, especially on a regular Thursday, even though in that venue the whole thing will be gorgeous. The performance of Ghost in that place remains one of the most magical concerts I've been to.

Kinda hoping the third Casualties date will be outside of the UK (and within reasonable driving distance).

My recent purchases have been some very cool special edition Porcupine Tree albums, some awesome birthday presents and an E-Cigarette!!

I'm quite surprised at how nice the e-fag is, actually- tasty good and none of the bad asthma I get from smoking :)
