Gibson make great guitars. But Martin make the best acoustic guitar's (by most people's accounts...and by the bank accounts, lol). Yamaha actually make great acoustic guitars, they based them off the old Martin guitars and pulled it off great. I have a 12 string acoustic-electric Yamaha Compass. It's the nicest 12 sting I have every heard.
