The minute Britney Spears takes all this EXTREME NUTJOB ANGST and puts it into a metal album, this forum will give her as much respect as it does for Maynard James Keenan!

Imagine, Blabbermouth critiquing Britney's new single "I Will Rip Your Hair (And Intestines) Out", a stunning death metal epic featuring the full range of Britney's vocal talents!

If you're somehow reading this Britney, realise that you have an untapped market to win over; the cynical-to-the-grave metal fan! I'd get working on those blast beats and ripping guitars, you'll need it!

I wanna see Britney Spears team up with Anal C**t. They could re-do the Howard Is Bald EP, basing it around Britney instead of Howard. I'd certainly pay good money for that!

I've also heard that she tried to commit suicide by walking against traffic...

I'm not surprised when the level of conversation in here is stuck at "Recent Purchases" and "MY POOR HARD DRIVE". The general discussion forum usually circulates around endless music discussions about various well-known metal artists and the same old topics like "What's pleasuring your ears right now?". Change is good.
Yup. But now this topic is becoming really interesting :D Now I just have to sit and wait and see if juz dares to challenge me.

 You sound like you're on Iron Chef. "Who DARES challenge me!?!"

You know, I was just thinking the other day that I miss the animated discussions that used to take place on the old email list before this forum started up, so I'm very happy to see a little spice returning... I like "what's your favourite sandwich" discussions as much as the next man, but there's room for a little more.

And I guess I have to stick to my guns on this one... You can't form an argument by asking people to ignore great chunks of what you say and focus on the elements you look back on and admire. You repeatedly told us to stop "careing" (sic) about celebrities and all the bullshit/hype/marketing/gossip trade that surrounds them. Believe me, I know that the media machine is a warped system with corrupted values and far too much influence. But for you to tell us (again) that someone is not "important"? Who are you to tell anyone who's "important" or not "important"? Has it actually turned out that the ultimate power in the universe is some metal head on a web forum, deciding who should be interested in what? We're all far less under the spell of the media than you seem to give us credit for. Perhaps you could also vent your spleen on some pop idol forum where your criticisms would be more relevant.

By the way, thanks for the tip regarding what newspapers to read. All that time spent at university studying journalism when all I really needed to do was come to you for profound comments like 'don't read papers with tits on the cover'. Inspiring stuff.

Well I heard she and K-Fed might be getting back together and that she's actually carrying J-Lo and Gene Hoglan's (aka G-Hog) surrogate lovechild. Alert the titty papers!

G-Hog! Ahahahahahaha  *barely contains piss* D-Town    *fails*

Ok, ok. Ahem. JuZ, a bit harsh you are. But amidst the lashing that screams for backfire lies this focus worthy sentence:

JuZ wrote:We're all far less under the spell of the media than you seem to give us credit for.

Kivenkantaja, to prove me wrong, just focus on this one and admit its truth value.

Or ... is it ON? :D

No, you're right and I apologise for going over the top there, Kivenkantaja. Twas uncalled for and I can only say in my defence that I had just woken up and fired up the pooter. Hadn't even had my morning cereal.

G-Hog! That's GREAT

What? No, that's all I've got to add. Off to the Recent Purchases-thread...

You know, you're not really adding anything new here. You said all that already.
JuZ wrote:We're all far less under the spell of the media than you seem to give us credit for. Perhaps you could also vent your spleen on some pop idol forum where your criticisms would be more relevant.
How come it took you so long to say this? I'm pretty defenseless against this one. What's the score now, 1-1?
JuZ wrote:By the way, thanks for the tip regarding what newspapers to read. All that time spent at university studying journalism when all I really needed to do was come to you for profound comments like 'don't read papers with tits on the cover'. Inspiring stuff.
They didn't teach you that?!? And why are you so eagerly trying to prove you're better than me? When did you became the ultimate power in the universe and why you are allowed to tell me what I should or shouldn't do? Maybe it happened in that university.

Ok, so basically we're on the same team. I agree with most of your points there. Do you know what's wrong with this forum? If you say fuck you immediately turn into some fucking anti-christ. Crucify me. Let the witch hunt begin!

From the South Park episode "you got f****d in the ass": Let's see you daaance sucka you got nothing on me...
That's been playing in my head for some time now thank you for that

Dammit...did I miss something? I saw steam coming out the back of the forum, but when I got in here to check it out I think it had cooled down. Whoevers dinner was cooking is now cold. Shame.

So, who thinks I should shave my head and get some tattoos? I am inspired by Britney's bold fashion statement. I look forward to her next video.

Will G-Hog play on her new album? Thats what I want to know!

G-Hog should definitely play on her new album and D-Town should produce the monster. S-Brit rediscovered.
